Dr. Spiritos completed internal medicine residency at Emory University in Atlanta. During training, he discovered a drive to go above and beyond to provide exceptional care by addressing the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of patients’ conditions. In the years since, his practice in gastroenterology converged on combining the power of modern medicines with an emphasis on optimizing lifestyle habits around nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management.
