Our clinic takes a paced, collaborative approach that prioritizes clarity over speed. Early visits focus on setting a shared framework, identifying near-term priorities, and deciding which interventions are worth pursuing—and which are not. Care unfolds over time, with regular reassessment and intentional adjustments rather than one-time decisions.

Plans are built to be practical and sustainable, with an emphasis on patient education, self-monitoring, and thoughtful sequencing of interventions. Treatments are added deliberately, evaluated carefully, and revised as needed.

Our membership model makes this possible. Consistent touchpoints allow us to carefully titrate medications, respond to flares as they happen, and make one change at a time rather than stacking several treatments together. This helps us understand what’s working, what may be causing side effects, and how each part of your treatment plan affects the others. Without that continuity, it’s much harder to manage complex, overlapping conditions confidently and responsibly.

FAQs: Services

Do you perform endoscopies as part of your GI care?

No, we do not. Many of our patients may have already had an endoscopy procedure that did not provide answers. The GI conditions we treat can often be managed without any procedures. If your work-up does require an endoscopy, we will work with your local gastroenterology team to help arrange this. We are happy to provide care both before and after your procedure.

Where will I get labs or imaging tests done?

If, after our visit, we decide that we need to pursue additional lab testing beyond what your team has already completed, we can complete this at your local lab. Additionally, if we conclude that you need an imaging test, we will also coordinate with your local radiology center(s).
